What are 'Reports'?

Reports use the same data which has been formatted for use in the 'Instant Maps' section, and display the data in a tabular format, accompanied by graphs. The numbers which appear on the tables are the result of aggregation, where the total number of cimes or incidents within a certain area have been added together in order to give a total figure for that area, rather than displaying all the crimes or incidents individually.

The results of a report can be downloaded (by clicking the 'Download' button), or printed using the icon at the top of the screen. Please see the data disclaimer when considering the information you see in reports.

You can view a Run through of the reports section
